Chianti Braised Short Ribs – POV Italian Cooking Episode 63 – Chianti and other red wines are used in a number of Italian recipes and dramatically increases the flavor in the Chianti Braised Short Rib recipe in POV Italian Cooking Episode 63. This short rib recipe is made using a slow cooker and a very limited number of ingredients but the flavors our outstanding. The ribs are served over a bed of gnocchi and liquid from the short ribs is reduced to be used as a finishing sauce. This is an OUTSTANDING recipe that I highly recommend!
